Graphic Designer

We’re looking for a Graphic Designer who loves crafting thoughtful, strategic, and polished designs across digital and print. This role blends client-facing design work with internal marketing initiatives, giving you a variety of projects to sink your teeth into. You’ll collaborate with our Creative Services Team, Pursuit Services Team, and Consulting Services Team to create impactful, high-quality visuals that help businesses stand out.

What You’ll Do

This position is part of our Creative Services Team and reports to the Director of Creative Services. You’ll support both Emerald Fox’s internal brand and our clients’ projects, which means your work will directly impact how companies present themselves. 

Client-Facing Projects 

  • Design high-quality marketing collateral, including logos, brand guides, business cards, and corporate stationery 

  • Design and develop branded templates for companies to use internally, including proposal templates (InDesign), PowerPoint templates, and stationery sets to ensure consistency and brand alignment. 

  • Enhance pursuit efforts by creating customized graphics, such as infographics, schedules, and charts, that effectively communicate complex information in a visually compelling way. 

  • Develop training materials and branded assets for professional development initiatives 

  • Maintain brand consistency across all deliverables while thinking strategically about design execution. 

Internal Firm Marketing 

  • Assist in developing social media graphics, email marketing designs, and promotional materials 

  • Design and maintain marketing collateral such as brochures, signage, and templates 

  • Work with leadership to update and refine our website (Squarespace) 

  • Help evolve our internal brand as we grow and refine our company’s visual identity 

What We’re Looking For 

  • 3+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in AEC or professional services marketing 

  • Expert proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator (additional Adobe CC knowledge is a plus) 

  • Strong layout, composition, and typography skills 

  • Ability to create clear, engaging designs from complex or technical content 

  • Organized and deadline-driven—able to manage multiple projects without sacrificing quality 

  • A collaborative mindset and ability to accept feedback while maintaining creative ownership 

  • Experience with Squarespace, Asana, and email marketing platforms (like Mailchimp or its alternatives) is a plus 

  • Must submit a portfolio showcasing your best work (applications without a portfolio will not be considered)
